About the lesson
The yoga wheel is a tool that helps take poses to the next level, especially backbends. It helps stretch and release tense muscles including back, chest, shoulders, abdominal tightness. By rolling your tense and stiff body, the same principle as the press release is especially useful for stiff back, shoulders, psoas and hip flexors. Use a yoga wheel to safely and effectively train your core abdominal muscles in minutes while practicing balancing arms and inverted poses.
